Yea, it's a pity that we have this group of people with whom we co-exist at multiple levels. In a perfect world, we will all be friendly to each other. Or, we may need to check ourselves from time to time using our feelings from coming across a toxic other. Third, probably the "generally good folks" may intentionally or unintentionally influence them not to continue leading this toxic behavior.
